Membership Criteria

Any firm or company carrying on business in Trinidad aand TObago in the professional practice of consulting engineering in the disciplines listed by the Association shall be qualified to be a member.

At least one (1) of the principals of a qualifying firm mustmeet all of the following criteria:-

(i)	be engaged in consulting engineering as a primary practice.
(ii)	be registered under the Engineering Profession Act of 1985 with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago.
(iii)	be in practice for a minimum of five (5) years additional to the four (4) years of professional experience required for registration with the Board of Engineering .
(iv)	be a citizen or resident of Trinidad and Tobago.
(v)	be a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago
