established in 1993 as a firm of consulting Engineers and Project Managers
whose directors and key personnel are qualified engineers with
considerable experience in the management and execution of Civil
Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Designs and
Construction.
The company's principals and signing
officers for contracts are Mr. Vaughn Lezama and Mr. Rasheedali Mohammed,
Both principals are registered professionals, each of whom has been in
engineering consultancy practice since 1979 and have been involved in over
200 separate projects in Trinidad and Tobago and the Eastern Caribbean for
Government agencies, local and overseas corporations and international
funding agencies including the IDB, World Bank .CDB and EEC.
