KS&P Limited was formed in July of 1978 for the provision of Structural and Civil Engineering Services to the construction industry. In our 22 years of existence, we have been involved in the detailed design of projects in many aspects of Civil Engineering for residential, commercial, industrial and marine applications. 

Our designs conform to the latest British, American, European and Caribbean Codes of Practice and KS&P has made a priority of keeping up with the times by providing a state of the art design office complete with hardware and software applications presently at the cutting edge of Engineering Technology.

• Structural Engineering designs in reinforced concrete, structural steel, timber and masonry for domestic, commercial and industrial building applications incorporating the latest standards and codes of practice.

• Civil and Infrastructural design works inclusive of bridges, roads and highway pavements, and drainage.

• Design of Marine and Offshore structures namely piers, jetties, ports, breakwaters and marinas.

• Project Management duties such as QA/QC supervision and assurance, project scheduling, costing and integration of all disciplines.

• Obtaining all statutory approvals from relevant authorities
