National Employment Service


The Ministry of Labour and Small and Micro Enterprise Development introduces its National Employment Service and the concept of the One Stop Career Resource Center. Employment services are available free of cost to employers and jobseekers.

The One Stop Career Resource Centre initiative is intended to minimize the registration and recruitment process and maximize contacts between jobseeker and employers. Multiple services offered to employers and jobseekers are:-

- On-line registration
- Vacancy information
- Pre-screening of jobseekers
- Labour market information
- World of work seminars
- Resume preparation and referrals
